A Bogotá, Colombia native, Julián has dedicated his life to American football. He found Audible Football Corporation in 2015. The organization's goal is to empower American football fans, athletes, and coaches outside the United States. His resume consists of working within the highest levels of American football in the United States and amateur programs around the globe. Julián not only has extensive experience in the 3 facets of American football (special teams, offense, & defense) but he is also a sport management scholar.
His Academic Background
Julián moved to the United States at a young age and participated in youth American football. Later, he completed his playing career as the star running back at Manchester Memorial High School in Manchester, New Hampshire. Currently, he is pursuing a doctorate from the University of Florida in Sports Management. His research interest is concentrated on the use of sports for social change.

His responsibilities include ensuring effective procedures are in place to measure, report on, and manage the organization's initiatives. A native of Bogota, Colombia, José moved to New York City in 2000. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Educational Administration at the University of San Buenaventura in 1993. Later, José had worked as the administrative officer of the Ministry of National Education of Colombia for 10 years.
A Real Estate Agent by Trade
José has worked in the real estate industry for the last 15 years. He is a registered real estate broker in New York and Florida and an active member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
His role includes advising both owners and investors on the process of buying, selling, and renting properties. José’s real estate experience has led him to execute numerous negotiations in New York City, Miami, and Colombia.
Tatiana Rozo

She is the initial contact for Latin American organizations that wish to partner with Audible Football Corporation. Tatiana also plays an essential role in the management of camps across various cities and countries.
Her Work Experience
She has an extensive background in coordinating multiple international flag football tournaments and camps. Since 2013, Tatiana has directed all the logistics for Mexican teams to travel to Bogotá for competitive meets. She has also organized multiple camps and clinics throughout cities in Colombia, such as Bogotá, Duitama, Cartagena, and Ibagué.
Her Background in Football
She held the role as the representative for all the female flag football teams in the Federación Colombiana de Fútbol Americano (FECOFA). Tatiana also organized the first national female flag football tournament.
Currently, Tatiana is the head coach of the Blue Dragons Flag football team, which is partly based in Jorge Tadeo Lozano University in Bogotá, Colombia. She plays on the Búhos female flag football team as well. At present, Tatiana is also earning her Bachelor’s degree in public accounting from Jorge Tadeo Lozano University.
Jhonattan Silva Gomez Regional Manager – Europe
A Cali, Colombia native, Jhonattan moved to Germany at a young. He began his American football career at 15 years old playing with the Darmstadt Diamonds in Darmstadt, Germany. In 2017 he transitioned to play for the Frankfurt Universe in Frankfurt, Germany. During his time with the Men in Purple, Silva Gomez played as the starting Linebacker and accumulated numerous accolades as a top defensive player in Europe. He was also nominated for the German national team and played in the German Bowl. Jhonattan and his brother Sebastían Silva Gomez are currently standout defensive players for the Frankfurt Galaxy of the European League of Football.
